个人简介

        肖经,男,汉族,教授,迈阿密大学高级访问学者,广西千名骨干教师。 2002年获长春理工大学工学学士学位;2002年7月至2006年9月供职于中国电子科技集团公司第34研究所,主要从事光通信器件(光开关,光源,光功率计)的研究和开发,并制定产品标准化生产的流程; 2013年1月获北京航空航天大学光学工程专业博士学位,博士期间曾参与科技部重大专项《POCT微流控检测芯片的研制》及《动态可控的超高灵敏度表面等离子体共振传感器》的研发;2013年1月至2015年05月在电子科技大学微电子与固体电子学学院从事博士后研究,博士后期间主持并完成深圳市科创委项目《基于新型环氧材料的户外全彩LED封装关键技术和产业化研究》,项目经费180万元,该项目在深圳蓝科电子有限公司实现产业化,为企业实现利润500万,同时主持宝安区科创委项目《基于微纳功能材料在LED封装技术中的研究及产业化》,项目经费30万,因此获深圳市高级人才和宝安区高级创新人才;2015年05月至今在太阳成集团tyc122cc机电工程学院任教,主要研究领域为异质光电器件集成及封装技术等,已发表学术论文22篇,其中SCI收录17篇,EI收录5篇,第一作者发表SCI论文最高他引21次。
