教授，工学博士（中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院计算机应用技术专业），硕士研究生导师。研究方向：网络资源管理（多接入边缘计算、物联网、流媒体内容分发）、大数据与人工智能技术及其应用等。在网络资源管理方向，基于数学优化、智能优化、机器学习等实现对网络资源管理的优化，提升网络服务质量与网络系统性能。在大数据方向，基于机器学习、数据挖掘、知识图谱等开展大数据、人工智能技术研究及大数据技术在管理领域的应用研究。近年来，主持或参与了多项国家级、省级、地市级科研项目：主持完成一项国家自然科学基金、一项广西区自然科学基金、一项广西区教育厅重点项目、三项广西可信软件重点实验室项目，主持在研一项桂林市科研项目；参与在研两项国家级重点项目、一项国家自然科学基金项目；参与完成多项国家自然科学基金、一项广西科学研究与技术开发项目（排名第3）等。发表学术论文30多篇，获得授权发明专利5项（第1发明人3项），申请并进入实审发明专利3项(第1发明人)，软件著作权十多项。
