太阳成集团tyc122cc商学院(数字经济学院)前身为桂林电子工业学院财经与法律系,成立于1993年,2000年改称桂林电子工业学院管理系,2006年学校更名后,改称太阳成集团tyc122cc管理学院,2009年7月改称太阳成集团tyc122cc商学院,2022年与数字经济学院合并,成立商学院(数字经济学院)。商学院(数字经济学院)是太阳成集团tyc122cc最大的非工科教学单位,现有全日制研究生455人,非全日制研究生301人,本科生3175人。拥有一支由142名教授、副教授、高级实验师等专家学者和其他系列技术人员(研究员、高级工程师、注册会计师、经济师、律师等)组成的师资队伍,其中教授24人,副教授46人,博士57人,并聘请全国12位著名学者担任客座教授。建有企业虚拟运营实验教学中心、生产运作实验中心、电子商务实验中心三个实验中心,其中,企业虚拟运营实验教学中心为自治区级实验教学示范中心,下设5个实验室:企业全景仿真实验室、企业信息化实验室、沙盘模拟实验室、管理综合实验室、XBRL实验室;生产运作实验中心下设3个实验室:工业工程实验室、人因工程实验室、管理科学与工程;电子商务实验中心下设3个实验室:电子商务实验室、信息经济实验室、金融贸易实验室。
学院现有管理科学与工程、理论经济学2个一级学科学术型硕士授权点;有工商管理硕士(MBA)、会计硕士(MPAcc)2个专业学位硕士授权点;本科按照会计学、财务管理、金融工程、工业工程、信息管理与信息系统、电子商务、市场营销、人力资源管理和数字经济9个专业进行招生。学院重视对学生专业基础理论知识的夯实,充分利用电子类院校的依托优势,强化对学生计算机应用能力的培养,注重学生动手能力和综合素质的培养。至今,学院已为国家输送了逾万名管理类专业高级技术人才。
商学院设有软科学研究院、亚太经济研究所、XBRL研究中心、广西高校人文社科重点研究基地——广西战略性新兴产业研究基地等研究机构,承担国家社会科学基金项目、国家自然科学基金项目、财政部项目等30余项课题,教育部人文社科项目、教育部产学合作协同育人项目、广西区科学基金项目、广西区哲学社科项目、广西区教育教学改革项目、广西区教育科学规划项目、广西区新文科研究与实践项目等100余项课题,承接并完成了一大批企业委托研究的横向科研项目,近5年年均到位科研经费500余万元。

Guilin University of Electronic Technology Business School (School of Digital Economics) was formerly known as the Finance, Economics, and Law Department of Guilin Electronic Industry College, established in 1993. In 2000, it was renamed as the Management Department of Guilin Electronic Industry College. After the school was renamed in 2006, it became the School of Management of Guilin University of Electronic Technology, and was renamed again in July 2009 as the Business School of Guilin University of Electronic Technology. The Business School (School of Digital Economics) is the largest non-engineering teaching unit of Guilin University of Electronic Technology, with 455 full-time postgraduates, 301 part-time postgraduates, and 3,461 undergraduates. It has a faculty team consisting of 135 experts and scholars, including professors, associate professors, senior experimentalists, and other technical personnel (researchers, senior engineers, certified public accountants, economists, lawyers, etc.), of whom 24 are professors, 46 are associate professors, and 57 hold doctoral degrees. The school has also invited 12 famous scholars from across the country to serve as guest professors. The school has three experimental centers: the Enterprise Virtual Operation Experimental Teaching Center, the Production Operation Experimental Center, and the E-commerce Experimental Center. Among them, the Enterprise Virtual Operation Experimental Teaching Center is an autonomous region-level experimental teaching demonstration center, with five laboratories: Enterprise Panoramic Simulation Laboratory, Enterprise Information Laboratory, Sand Table Simulation Laboratory, Management Comprehensive Laboratory, and XBRL Laboratory. The Production Operation Experimental Center has three laboratories: Industrial Engineering Laboratory, Human Factors Engineering Laboratory, and Management Science and Engineering. The E-commerce Experimental Center has three laboratories: E-commerce Laboratory, Information Economics Laboratory, and Financial Trade Laboratory.
The school has two first-level academic master's degree authorization points in Management Science and Engineering and Theoretical Economics, and two professional master's degree authorization points in Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc). Undergraduate students are recruited in nine majors: Accounting, Financial Management, Financial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Management and Information Systems, E-commerce, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Digital Economics. The school attaches great importance to the consolidation of students' theoretical knowledge foundation, fully utilizes the advantages of electronic colleges and universities, strengthens the cultivation of students' computer application ability, and pays attention to the cultivation of students' practical ability and comprehensive quality. So far, the school has provided the country with thousands of senior technical personnel in management-related fields.
The Business School has research institutions such as the Soft Science Research Institute, the Asia-Pacific Economic Research Institute, the XBRL Research Center, and the Guangxi Strategic Emerging Industry Research Base, which is a key research base for humanities and social sciences in Guangxi universities. The school has undertaken more than 30 projects funded by the National Social Science Fund, the National Natural Science Fund, and the Ministry of Finance, as well as more than 100 projects funded by the Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Sciences Project, the Ministry of Education's Industry-University Cooperation Collaborative Education Project, the Guangxi Science Fund Project, the Guangxi Philosophy and Social Science Project, the Guangxi Education and Teaching Reform Project, the Guangxi Education Science Planning Project, and the Guangxi New Liberal Arts Research and Practice Project. The school has also completed a large number of horizontal scientific research projects commissioned by enterprises. In the past five years, the annual research funding has been more than 5 million yuan. Guilin University of Electronic Technology was approved by the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council to establish an MBA education program in 2009. The MBA Education Center was established under the School of Business. The MBA education at our university has always adhered to the school motto of Morality, Learning, Practice, and Innovation, with the mission of cultivating business elites, contributing to business wisdom, and serving economic development, and the core value of integrating theory with practice and applying knowledge to the world. With the advantage of the university's electronic information discipline, the MBA education program is aimed at the ASEAN countries, the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, the Greater Bay Area, the information industry, and modern manufacturing, implementing a differentiated, distinctive, and branded training strategy to cultivate outstanding professional managers with an information technology background, strategic vision, international perspective, leadership ability, and a strong sense of social responsibility.
The MBA program at our university is mainly taught in Chinese, with a curriculum that balances international perspectives and local thinking. All the teaching staff are associate professors or professors, and more than 65% of them hold a Ph.D. degree. The MBA program invites many top scholars and corporate executives from both domestic and international institutions to offer elective courses, school-enterprise courses, lectures, and other activities to enrich students' learning experience and expand their knowledge and experience. The MBA education encourages and guides students to improve their communication, cooperation, and leadership skills through various forms of career development forums, academic forums, social welfare activities, and other activities, in order to maximize the value of MBA stakeholders. Our university has won many awards from various levels and types of organizations, such as the China MBA Alliance, China MBA Development Forum, and China MBA South China Alliance. The leaders and teachers of the School of Business have won the Most Popular Professor Award and Excellent Leader Award at the China MBA Alliance Leaders Annual Meeting, and the School of Business has won the Top Ten Featured Business Schools Award at the 12th China MBA Alliance Leaders Annual Meeting. The MBA Federation has won the Top Ten MBA Federation Award at the 12th China MBA Alliance Leaders Annual Meeting and the 20th China MBA Development Forum. Many MBA students have won awards such as Outstanding MBA Federation Chairman, Entrepreneurial Rising Star, Top Ten MBA Contributions Award, and Top Ten MBA Elite Award. Our university hosted the 19th China MBA Development Forum and co-hosted the 20th China MBA Development Forum, which were well received.
Although the MBA education at our university is young, it has strong vitality. Located in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, although it belongs to a less developed ethnic minority area in western China, after more than ten years of inheritance, the MBA education has taken root in Guilin, a place known for its beautiful scenery, and has branched out to cultivate senior management personnel for local and even national economic development.
